Hertz Rental, St Louis MO - March 12

The tradition of HORRIBLE cars continues at Hertz....lots of mile, not clean inside or out, and reeking of smoke......seems to be a trend with Hertz.

After arriving in STL you have to walk outside and wait for the bus. When I walked up to the stop the driver was having a smoke, and we had to wait for him to finish. It is a short ride to the facility (under 5 min) and as stated the car was horrible.

Also, even though they were not busy and I am a gold club member, the car was parked far away.

Upon return on the shuttle you have to make a drop off/pick-up from SWA, then you go to main terminal. Leave at least 10 minutes once you leave their place.

The car was cheap, and so was the experience.
