Grouse Mountain Grill, Beaver Creek CO - February 16

Located in the Pines Lodge, we took the shuttle from the Park Hyatt (5 minutes) and arrived at 7:30 pm. Our table was not yet ready so we had a drink in their very small bar located in the back left corner. Bartender was very friendly and made a few suggestions for dinner. He was right on.

We had a great table by the window, and our waiter Ted was EXCELLENT. We were starved as it was our first night and quickly ordered dinner. I had the BEST PORK CHOP EVER, the "pretzel chop" - it was so good that I could have LICKED THE PLATE...and I spoke to a few others who had the same and they LOVED it as well.

Hot Mamma had the striped bass (it was great) and the Lobster Mac. She also destroyed several glasses of very expensive wine!

Ambiance is great and we had a lovely evening........this is our favorite place, and second only to Zach's.
